WHAT WE LOOK AT
A targeted approach.
A flat battery can be a symptom as well as a fault. Share how often it happens, whether the vehicle sits unused and any accessories recently fitted.
- Battery condition and connection checks
- Charging-system investigation
- Starter and alternator fault assessment
- Replacement options subject to inspection
A CLEAR PROCESS
From fault to a plan.
An enquiry starts a conversation. Scope and arrangements are confirmed before a real visit.
- 01
Share the starting or charging symptom.
- 02
We test the relevant electrical system.
- 03
We discuss findings and suitable options.
BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE
Questions about battery & charging.
Will a new battery solve the problem?
It depends on the cause. A charging fault or unexpected drain can leave a new battery flat too, so checks come first.
Do you work on electric vehicles?
This demo shows conventional low-voltage electrical enquiries. High-voltage EV battery work is not offered. Ask about a specific vehicle before making arrangements.
Can the check happen at home?
A mobile visit may suit an accessible vehicle in a safe location. Some investigations need the workshop; the location is agreed first.
