WHAT WE LOOK AT
A targeted approach.
A warning light, a non-starting vehicle or a fault that comes and goes can need more than a code scan. Tell us what happens and when it started.
- Fault-code reading with supporting checks
- Electrical supply, earth and circuit testing
- A plain-English explanation of the findings
- A proposed next step before any repair
A CLEAR PROCESS
From fault to a plan.
An enquiry starts a conversation. Scope and arrangements are confirmed before a real visit.
- 01
Describe the symptoms and vehicle.
- 02
We agree the initial diagnostic scope.
- 03
You receive the findings and repair options.
BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE
Questions about diagnostics.
Does a fault code identify the failed part?
A code is a starting point. We use the symptoms and circuit checks to investigate the cause rather than replace parts from a code alone.
Can you diagnose my vehicle?
Tell us its make, model and year. We confirm the scope and equipment suitability before arranging anything. No universal compatibility is promised.
Is a diagnostic request a booking?
No. On a real site the workshop would confirm the job, location and appointment first. This demo sends nothing.
